Test Principle of the NGAL Rat ELISA

The NGAL Rat ELISA is a sandwich ELISA performed in microwells coated with a monoclonal antibody against rat NGAL. Bound NGAL is detected with another monoclonal antibody labeled with biotin, and the assay develops horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated streptavidin and a color-forming substrate.
