The NGAL Monkey ELISA is for the determination of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) from Rhesus (Macaca mulatta) or Cynomolgus (Macaca fascicularis) primates in urine, plasma, or serum.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
This is a sandwich ELISA performed in microwells coated with a mouse monoclonal antibody against monkey neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin. Bound NGAL is detected with another mouse monoclonal antibody labeled with biotin, and the assay develops with horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated streptavidin and a color-forming substrate.
